High Angle Rope Rescue provides life saving skills with the use of ropes and rigging equipment. Level I (Operation) pertains to teaching rescuers how to access, package, and evacuate patients from various environments. Level II (Technician) further stretches prior course by teaching rescuers how to rig heavy rescue two-person loads, on-line pick offs, compound mechanical advantages, and many more.
