Just after 0700 this morning, Station 53 along with Ambulance 59 from Concordville were dispatched to the Starbucks in the Dilworthtown Shopping Centre for the report of a vehicle into a building. Rescue 53, Chief 53 and Assistant 53 arrived to find one vehicle completely into the building with one minor injury. The injured person was treated by EMS. Local police are investigating the accident. Fame crews inspected the structural integrity of the building. Fortunately no additional fire department services were required and Fame units returned to service.
