Over this weekend, FF Ryan Opiekun completed the fire academy to become one of the newest members of the Prince George County (MD) Fire Department! Ryan completed several weeks of intense training to help give him the necessary knowledge to perform the job well and in a safe matter.

On behalf of the Officers and Members of the Fame, congratulations Ryan and best of luck in your career!

Ryan becomes one more member of the Fame to successfully obtain a full time career in a paid department. Fame currently has members that are on the job at the Philadelphia Fire Department, Montgomery County (MD) Fire and Rescue, Prince George's (MD) County Fire Department and Irving (TX) Fire Department.
